Sweet pea and basil microgreens, sliced red onions, fresh berries, diced pecans
with a balsamic Dijon dressing. 1 pint serving size

Low Carb Curried Chicken & Winter Greens Soup
Roasted chicken simmered with a rich stock, spinach, collard greens, leeks, fresh parsley, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, coconut cream, and spices. 1 pint serving size. 

Low Carb Salmon & Spinach Croquettes
This crispy pan seared dish is made with wild caught salmon, organic spinach, almond flour, coconut flour, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and Old Bay seasoning. Two croquettes served on a bed of organic mixed greens, and with a side of avocado lime ranch dressing (dairy and soy free). Serves 1.
