Nut Bark

Our nut bark is an amazing grain free cereal or snack option. Add fresh bananas and our non-dairy mylk, and it is even better! No oats, dairy or cane sugar are added. Just oven dried nuts that were soaked overnight in distilled water. After adding organic maple syrup, our own pure vanilla extract, and freshly grated spices, we slowly toast for 16-18 hours. Soaking overnight helps to breakdown enzymes that aids is better digestion. 1 lb. bags

Original Nut Bark Ingredients: Georgia pecans, walnuts, almonds, organic maple syrup, organic coconut oil, organic cinnamon, organic nutmeg, pure vanilla extract, and pink salt, 

Bourbon Pecan Ingredients: Georgia and pecans, organic maple syrup, organic coconut oil, Knob Creek's bourbon, our pure vanilla extract, and pink salt, 

Cashew Crunch Ingredients: Organic Cashews, organic maple syrup, organic coconut oil, our pure vanilla extract, and pink salt, 

Story Behind This Treat: My son, Fulton, with Crohns, has always been limited with sweets (what kind and how many). This grain-free granola, initially made with local honey to fit with SCD, was his only option for cereal. He loved it. In fact, I started making this for my clients back in 2015. It was a hit, and to this day, we still make it for our family to enjoy.
