This bread is amazing, and it is nothing like I have ever found in stores. When these rolls come out of the oven, they are crispy and crunchy like it's gluten cousin, French bread. Our rolls have a rustic flavor of a hearty wheat without the grain. Sliced easily even when frozen, and just toast it up in the oven and make your favorite sandwich. High in calcium, magnesium, fiber, potassium and iron, this bread is loaded with nutrients.

Story Behind This Bread: I have been buying frozen keto bread from the store for the last few years, and I knew I could make it if I tried hard enough. I wanted a bread that was soft to the touch, but could be toasted and become crunchy all over, and I wanted a bread without gums, grains, gluten, yeast, oils, sweeteners, eggs and added starches. I also wanted a fresh rustic loaf of bread that I could slice. This bread is it! 

Storage: 
7 days in the fridge or three months in the freezer. It freezes beautifully.
