Cookies & mixed shipping orders
Order by Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. Eastern for Wednesday–Thursday dispatch. Orders containing cookies and NutBark ship together on this schedule.
NutBark-only shipping orders
Order by Thursday at 11:59 p.m. Eastern for dispatch no later than Friday. We ship Wednesday–Friday, with no same-day dispatch.
Large NutBark orders may ship the following week. The expected dates shown are not a guarantee for large orders.
Shipping dates apply to shipment orders, not market pickup. We do not ship on Mondays. These are dispatch dates, not arrival dates; carrier transit time is additional.

Our NutBark is an amazing grain free cereal or snack option. Add fresh bananas and our non-dairy mylk, and it is even better! No oats, dairy or cane sugar are added. Just oven dried nuts that were soaked overnight in distilled water. After adding organic maple syrup, our own pure vanilla extract, and freshly grated spices, we slowly toast for up to 24 hours. Soaking overnight and slow roast helps to breakdown enzymes that aids is better digestion. 1 lb. bag

Story Behind This Treat: My son, Fulton, with Crohns, has always been limited with sweets (what kind and how many). This grain-free granola, initially made with local honey to fit with SCD, was his only option for cereal. He loved it. In fact, I started making this for my clients back in 2015. It was a hit, and to this day, we still make it for our family to enjoy.
