original rustic loaf
This bread is amazing, and it is nothing like I have ever found in stores. This loaf is sold as a rustic round loaf or rolls and is not sliced. When these loaves come out of the oven, they are crispy and crunchy like it's gluten cousin, the French Boule. Our loaf has the rustic flavor of a hearty wheat without the grain. You get to slice this loaf thick, thin or just toast it up in the oven and rip it apart to dip in one of our vegan cheese sauces. High in calcium, magnesium, fiber, potassium and iron, this bread is loaded with nutrients.

Story Behind This Bread: I have been buying frozen keto bread from the store for the last few years, and I knew I could make it if I tried hard enough. I wanted a bread that was soft to the touch, but could be toasted and become crunchy all over, and I wanted a bread without gums, grains, gluten, yeast, oils, sweeteners, eggs and added starches. I also wanted a fresh rustic loaf of bread that I could slice. This bread is it!
7 days in the fridge or three months in the freezer. It freezes beautifully.
