This bread is amazing, and it is nothing like I have ever found in stores. When these rolls come out of the oven, they are crispy and crunchy like it's gluten cousin, the French bread. Our rolls have a rustic flavor of a hearty wheat without the grain. Slice easily, even when frozen, and just toast it up in the oven to make your favorite sandwich. High in calcium, magnesium, fiber, potassium and iron, this bread is loaded with nutrients.

Story Behind This Bread: I have been buying frozen keto bread from the store for the last few years, and I knew I could make it if I tried hard enough. I wanted a bread that was soft to the touch, but could be toasted and become crunchy all over, and I wanted a bread without gums, grains, gluten, yeast, oils, sweeteners, eggs, and added starches. This bread is it! My favorite way to use our rolls, is to sandwich a sunny-side-up egg with a pan-seared 920 (a local cattle company in our area) sausage patty. It's the perfect breakfast sandwich.
7 days in the fridge or three months in the freezer. They freeze beautifully.
